Paced by Brandon Storrusten’s first-career 700 series, Falls Sign Service captured the 19th annual City Mixed Tournament team title. Springer also won the doubles title, pairing up with Don White for a 1,391. Paula Pimperton and Jim Phillips were second with a 1,390 and Betty Peterson and Robert Olson took third with a 1,373. Missoula’s Sherrie Lien defeated Great Falls’ Shawna Lane 207-178 to claim the latest stop of the Montana Glass Traveling Club held at Missoula’s Liberty Lanes. In the other stepladder matches, Kalispell’s Heidi Ross beat Bozeman’s Jamie Webster 167-144 and then fell to Missoula’s Tina Hanninen, 214-210.
